How We Share Your Coaching Investment:
Co-Sponsorship
People Solutions suggests co-sponsorship as an option for sharing the coaching investment with your participating key employees. Once you've identified the key employees who will participate, you choose the percentage of program fees your organization will sponsor. The remainder can be deducted from payroll just like other employee benefits.Benefits:
